Hidden gem bakery edition! 💎🥐 @la_boulangerie_poco has recently opened their shop in Port Coquitlam serving amazing baked goods and cookies!
We tried:

🍎 Croissant Tatin
🍄🟫 Mushrooms Bacon
🍫 Chocolate Twist w/ Pastry Cream
🍪 Hazelnut Chocolate Cookie & Pecan Caramel Cookie
‼️ Opening Thursday & Friday & Saturday 8am to 1pm ~ but I recommend going there early as their pastries run out quick! 😘
Loving the concept at this cute little bake shop 🥰 They keep a short opening hour so these baked goods are freshly made & nothing being out of the oven for too long! 🥰🥐
My favourites are their Croissant Tatin & Mushrooms Bacon ~ The Croissant Tatin with caramelized apple & pastry cream & crumbs ~ very nice crunch with the apple sweetness! 🤩 I also love the combination of the savoury flavours of their mushroom & bacon with their house made béchamel sauce 🥓!
